I have to organise and implement redundancies across the organisation but I want to try to give people hope for the future!

My biggest challenge is how to make people redundant whilst helping them plan forwards and choose a new career at the same time minimising the PR impact on our organisation. We would like to help our staff and try to support them if they wish to start their own businesses.

sbgn have a number of presentations and practical workshops which help people make important decision about their future and the possibility of starting their own businesses. sbgn members are all small business owners and have experience and knowledge about starting up.
